INDUSTRIAL 3D PRINTING
Innovation, customization & speed: welcome to the future of manufacturing
At 3DMZ, we believe the future of manufacturing is not about assembly lines, but about digital creativity and smart solutions. With industrial 3D printing, we give companies the tools to innovate faster, produce smarter and achieve more with fewer resources. Whether you need a prototype, want to create a unique building component or are ready for small-scale custom production, we bring your ideas to life.
Industrial 3D printing, also known as additive manufacturing, is a production technique in which objects are built up layer by layer from a digital design. This offers unprecedented design freedom, reduces material waste and makes customization at scale possible.
At 3DMZ, we have a wide range of advanced 3D printing technologies that we use for a variety of applications
What is industrial 3D printing at 3DMZ?
additive manufacturing with different technologies
Forget standard solutions and one-size-fits-all. At 3DMZ, we use industrial 3D printing to make things possible that simply cannot be done with traditional production techniques.
- Unprecedented design freedom: From organic shapes to complex geometries.
- Super-fast turnaround: From idea to tangible result in record time.
- Sustainability built in: Recycled materials and residual streams, less material waste, maximum efficiency.
- 100% customization: Every product is tailored to your specific needs.
For us, it is not just about printing, but about creating real solutions.

OUR 3D PRINTING SERVICES
XXL 3D PRINTING (LFAM) IN PLASTIC WITH INDUSTRIAL ROBOTS
At 3DMZ, we have several robot setups that print large-scale parts in various types of plastic. Using a technique known as Large Format Additive Manufacturing (LFAM), we 3D print with materials ranging from 100% recycled plastic from residual streams to high-performance engineering plastics and composites. With advanced software, we can also 3D print a wide variety of elements non-planar. Think of:
- Functional end-use parts for manufacturing
- Prototypes
- Design objects
- Indoor and outdoor furniture
- ...and more
MULTI-STAGE PRODUCTION
3D printing and milling, together on one platform
With our advanced Multi-Stage Production setup, two industrial robotic arms work together perfectly on one build platform. While one robotic arm 3D prints with extreme precision, the other handles accurate milling and finishing of the printed object. This unique process combines the flexibility of 3D printing with the precision of milling, resulting in products of unmatched quality and detail.
- Industrial parts
- Functional models
- Prototypes with final finish
- Complex components
- ...and more
XL 3D PRINTING IN PLASTIC
Using various plastic materials such as engineering plastics, 100% recycled plastics or bioplastics, we 3D print large plastic objects for different applications with our range of XL 3D printers. Our machines print with filament (FFF) as well as raw pellets (FGF), which creates even more options for recycled material. With these machines, we 3D print objects such as:
- (Scale) models & mockups
- Functional end-use parts
- Prototypes and housings
- Design objects
- ...and more
ULTRA-STRONG 3D PRINTS WITH continuous fiber reinforcement
Within a few hours, we print reinforced composite parts that can be as strong as machined aluminum and can even replace it. And for a wide range of functional requirements: flame resistance, chemical resistance, energy absorption, high resolution and more.
- Super-strong parts with continuous KEVLAR fiber
- Super-strong parts with continuous carbon fiber
- Super-strong parts with continuous fiberglass
- As strong as machined aluminum
HIGH-DETAIL 3D PRINTING IN PLASTIC
Ultra-fine plastic objects with the smallest details and beautiful smooth surfaces. 3D printing with different types of resin that cure with light or lasers offers many possibilities for smaller and larger plastic elements. Hard, flexible or transparent. Great for:
- Functional end-use parts
- Prototypes
- Marketing ideas
- (Scale) models
- ...and more
HIGH-QUALITY 3D PRINTING
IN STONE
With our unique binder jet 3D printer, designed specifically for stone-like materials, we 3D print high-quality objects. We print with stone powders that are residual streams from limestone and marble quarries in Italy, among other places. With it, we 3D print objects such as:
- Sculptures and busts
- Art and museum pieces
- Design products for retail
- Facade stones and building elements
- ...and more
XXL 3D PRINTING IN CONCRETE (3DCP)
With advanced 3D concrete printing, we create impressive structures, complex geometries and durable custom elements. From architectural facade panels to innovative street furniture, concrete printing offers unprecedented freedom in design and production.
- Nature-inclusive elements
- Street furniture
- Infrastructure elements
- Complex building components
- Exclusive design
- ... and more
