New Smart Tech Innovation Vouchers Available
The province of North Holland is making Smart Tech Innovation vouchers available that allow SMEs and mid-cap companies to start a project at 3DMZ in a low-threshold and inexpensive way. The goal of the vouchers is to help smaller companies innovate with smart and/or digital technology.
AVAILABLE VOUCHERS
Together with our experts, identify the most promising opportunities of digital technology for your business.
Together with our experts, you determine the scope of your feasibility study and the expectation of the results. We conduct the study at our Haarlem location.
With this voucher you can carry out a pilot project in the field of digitization. As a company, you invest yourself and the voucher doubles that investment, up to a maximum of €50,000.
WHO CAN APPLY FOR A VOUCHER?
The vouchers are intended for SMEs and midcap companies in the manufacturing industry or affiliated with it. Would you like to know more about the possibilities of digitization? Do you have a (research) question or challenge in the field of new technology or do you want to apply an innovative solution, possibly together with partners? Then you can apply for and spend a voucher at 1 of the 4 Smart Industry fieldlabs in the province of North Holland: 3DMZ (3D Makers Zone), BouwLab R&Do, Techport and TechValley.
What is the procedure?
- Request the voucher from 3DMZ at voucher@3mdz.nl and send the signed deminimis declaration and size declaration with it.
- 3DMZ assesses whether you meet all the conditions and provides feedback.
- The inventory process begins.
- BouwLab compiles the results of the inventory into a performance statement. The process ends with its signing.
- Apply for the voucher at voucher@3mdz.nl.
- BouwLab will contact you to discuss the question.
- You will receive a proposal for conducting the feasibility study.
- After your approval, 3DMZ's expert committee reviews the application.
- You will receive confirmation of award after approval and a request for the
- deminimus statement and size declaration SME
- sign.
- Together with our experts, you will conduct the feasibility study.
- You will receive a research report from 3DMZ. The process ends with the signing of the performance statement.
- Contact us at voucher@3mdz.nl to review your idea for a pilot project.
- If the response is positive, then request the voucher from us.
- Together with our experts, you will prepare a project plan and budget.
- 3DMZ's expert committee reviews the plan and budget.
- After approval, you will receive confirmation of award. You sign the Deminimus declaration and SME size statement..
- We are executing the project according to plan.
- You will receive the final report from 3DMZ. The process ends with the signing of the performance statement.
- You will receive an invoice from 3DMZ for the co-payment.
What are the conditions?
- You are SME or midcap and sign the size declaration SME.
- The company is located in or operates in the province of North Holland.
- You have a question or want a solution in the field of digital innovation.
- The company has not exceeded the threshold for government support and you sign the deminimis statement.
- In a pilot project, you invest 50% of the required amount yourself. The voucher covers the other 50% up to a maximum of €50,000.
- The scheme runs until December 31, 2026. The application must be submitted before then.
Some of the possibilities at 3DMZ
Digitizing parts
Explore 3D scanning of (spare) parts for quality control or 3D printing. For example, parts that are out of production or imported from abroad.
Industrial 3D printing
Investigate whether you can use your waste stream for 3D printing. Experiment with biocircular materials or test which spare parts are suitable for 3D printing. 3DMZ offers lots of possibilities.
IoT & Sensors
At 3DMZ, we specialize in creating smart setups and products that can use sensors to take various measurements. For example, in the field, for monitoring passersby or animals.
Digital designs & workflow
Parametric design and online product catalogs & configurators for smart, digital workflows.
Robots & Cobots
Test whether 3D printing or 3D milling with factory robots is right for your application. Or discover the potential of cobots for your business.
Digital Supply Chains
A digital warehouse with digital models of parts produced on demand where and when needed. Explore the possibilities for your business.
